Free Drop-In Practice Sessions for Increasing Emotional Presence and Regulation
With the rapid pace of the times we are currently living through, I'm offering free online practice sessions focused on emotional presence and self-regulation.
If you've been feeling anxious, confused, angry, sad, grieving, nervous, excited, hopeful, full of dread, bored, unmotivated, not knowing what to do - whatever it is, this will be a space to practice how to be present to those emotions, to help build our emotional resiliency.

LOGISTICS
This is drop in, show up exactly as you are. It's open to all.
You may find it helpful to be in a space where you can sit or lay down quietly, as comfortably as possible.
You will not be asked to share or speak during the practice. The space is for holding presence with yourself.
I'll offer a guided experience focused on being present to the emotions/sensations in your body.
